Mike Hodkinson selected for Stanley

Former Export Sales Manager for Colgate/Palmolive, Mike Hodkinson has been selected as the Liberal Democrat Candidate in the Stanley ward By-election. The bye-election has been caused by the untimely death of former Blackpool Mayor, Cllr. Granville Heap.

Kensington Developments plans to build hundreds of houses on the Moss are set to be the main points of contention. Mike is a seasoned campaigner and former Chair of the Blackpool Liberal Democrats and is also a former chair of the Watson Road friends of the Park.
